Caryn & Bradwell first came to our showroom to discuss ideas that would fit their vintage / rustic themed wedding decor. After sharing ideas I think it was safe to say we were the perfect fit to style their wedding. Colours were a mix of maroon, pinks, blues and light washed brown. For the flowers we went with ….. After 4 weeks of planning the big day had finally come.
Their wedding took place at Groenriver in Riebeek-Wes. A stunning venue which only made our job even easier.

We wanted to keep the ceremony intimate with the focus on the “I do’s”. To do this instead of a large alter we opted for a smaller but personalized rustic wooden create display. Topped with flowers in hand painted vases to match the wedding colours. Finished off with a couple candles and unique vintage items.
For the reception of course the table decor is vital. Groenrivier had gorgeous rustic wood tables. Our hessian table runners with wood table runners on top were a perfect match. We had decided, with the couple, along with flowers and a table numbers each table should also have a small candy jar full of sweets.
That is not were the sweet treats ended though. With the wedding cake was also a full candy buffet and a tower of colourful cupcakes. All placed on our custom rustic table & ladder inspired tower.
We had tons of fun working on the wedding decor and doing the styling on the day. It was an honor to be a part of this truly wonderful wedding.
