Our service consists of the following:
Visit our showroom to view our range, talk about ideas and start to piece your concept together.
We join you at your venue to plan how your decor will look. This is an important step to ensure we style all areas to create a complete styled concept.
Delivery of decor items, flowers and any other required props to your venue. With the help of our team we’ll style your venue.
Collect our decor items from your venue. Break down any decor set ups, remove bunting etc.
What does access to our range include?
- Your choice of decor from Quirky Parties décor inventory include
- 3 lawn games. Choice of croquet, boule, jenga, cornhole, limbo etc
- Juice bar package with or without juice
- Candy buffet jars, scoops vintage dresser, etc. You supply the candy.
- Decor for ladies room, guest sign in table, seating/escort display.
- Direction boards and signage
- Table centerpieces and decor including flower arrangements (see below)
- Props for couple shoot or engagement shoot
- Decor for general enhancement of areas within venue
At Quirky Parties, we have our own florist, who we work closely with to make sure your flowers will complement your vintage or quirky theme.
Our florist will create a floral design based on 10 tables as well as for the bridal table.
After your Wedding
After the wedding, we will come in, break down and collect the decor. You can enjoy your honeymoon and won’t have to worry about having to ask anyone to return any of the decor items or having to forfeit deposits due to late returns of decor items.
Please note that the above amount covers floral design ( for an event of ten 10 tables and one bridal table ) and the services of our team to style and set-up on the day. The amount of props used on the day is complimentary, based upon your needs and does not affect the price. (This means you have a wide choice to use from our extensive stock and will not need to hire from other companies.)
Should you choose to have Quirky Parties supply candies, the price starts at R40 per person based on 100 guests (10 assorted quality candies in chosen colours ). This price and service is only in conjunction with the styling and set-up option. We will supply vintage pieces, candy jars, scoops, tongs etc to blend in with your decor. We will also set up your candy buffet to compliment the style of your wedding.
- A Deposit of 50% secures your date and we ask that a week before your special day, you pay the 50% balance.
- A deposit of 25% secures your date with 3 additional payments to complete payment a week before your special day.
